Heath Goldfields Ltd. is a Ghanaian-owned gold mining company leading the redevelopment of the historic Bogoso‑Prestea Mine—a 9Moz+ legacy asset located in Ghana’s world-renowned Western Region. With over $500 million in historical investment, 5.1Moz in Measured & Indicated resources, and full regulatory alignment, the mine is positioned for a responsible restart and long-term operation.

What We Do
Operational Turnaround
We are restoring Bogoso‑Prestea’s infrastructure and restarting phased gold production from surface and underground zones, leveraging proven CIL and BiOx facilities.
Regulatory & Governance Compliance
We operate under Ghana’s Minerals and Mining Act, adhere to SK-1300 resource standards, and are committed to transparent stakeholder engagement with the Minerals Commission, EPA, and Ministry of Lands.
Community Investment & Local Employment
Heath contributes funds towards education, health, and infrastructure. Over 50% of our workforce is sourced from host communities.
Environmental Stewardship
We follow World Gold Council RGMP, ICMM, and UN SDG guidelines—prioritizing zero-harm tailings, closed-loop water use, and biodiversity restoration, including our Oil Palm Outgrower Initiative supporting over 1,000 farmers.
