Heath Goldfields Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Samuel Morkeh Arthur (CEnv, MISEP, EnvDipNEBOSH, FGhISEP) as Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager, effective 15th September 2025.

Mr. Arthur is an accomplished Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) leader with 22 years of professional experience, including 14 years in the mining industry. He holds an MSc in Environmental Resources Management and a BSc in Agricultural Engineering, along with multiple professional certifications including NEBOSH Diplomas and Certificates, ISO Lead Auditor accreditations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), Radiation Safety certification, and the Ghana Minerals Commission Certificates of Competency as Senior Officer, Superintendent, and HSE Manager.

Throughout his career, Mr. Arthur has earned a strong reputation for enhancing operational readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across complex operations. His deep passion for knowledge sharing and team development has enabled him to mentor professionals, inspire continuous improvement, and build capable, high-performing HSE teams across multiple organisations.
